Lakeside apartment-style living/investing

Arguably one of the best apartments in this quiet lakeside complex, this spacious two bedroom, two bathroom home has everything covered. Magical lake views reach out all the way across Lake Wakatipu to the renowned Remarkables range, enjoyed from all over the upper level living and master bedroom.

Bi-fold doors open the lounge up to a broad balcony to extend your space, while the upgraded kitchen is a cut above with its quality appliances and added storage space. Split over three levels including a big tandem garage with plenty of space for the Queenstown toys plus an extra allocated carpark. The scenic lakeside walking track is almost on your doorstep, presenting plenty of options for recreation.

Live in, rent out or place in the management pool - the options are as endless as the views. Ideally located mid-way between Frankton (with Queenstown Airport) and town centre, away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to all facilities.

• Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with internally accessed tandem garage - fully furnished
• Wonderful master bedroom with private deck and ensuite with spa bath
• Heatpump, under-floor in bathrooms plus panel heaters in bedrooms
• Peace of mind concrete tilt slab and cedar construction
• Option to add a third bedroom/bathroom in the garage as other owners have done

Queenstown

Founded in 1862, Queenstown is a resort town built around an inlet of Lake Wakatipu. Originally a farming and gold-mining town, Queenstown is now known for its commercial tourism activities, and has four-seasons appeal. The centre of Queenstown consists of a few streets tightly-packed with tourism operators, restaurants, souvenir shops, bars, cafes and outdoor pursuits retailers. Everything’s within easy walking distance, including the iconic Skyline Gondola which takes visitors up to the top of Bob’s Peak, overlooking the town.

Due in part to the ever-changing population, the town centre has extremely sought-after housing. There’s ample property within walking distance of town, with residences ranging from holiday apartments, family homes, cabins to rental properties occupied by multiple tenants.

Prices in the town centre prove consistently strong, in particular for properties with sought-after zoning and the ability to build more than one unit onsite. House prices remain largely immune to the area’s seasonal trends, with high tenancy demand and consistent returns.
