Maria’s always believed real estate was for her, and sat her REINZ papers soon after joining hoamz (then Southern Lakes Real Estate) as Warren White's PA.

Being surrounded by the knowhow, experience and positive energy of New Zealand's most legendary property sales consultant has helped Maria onto the road to becoming a legend in her own right! That may sound a little like a fairy tale but Maria and carpenter husband Bruce have had a good deal of property experience over the years too. Combining their joint skill sets of building and interior design, the couple have produced and sold numerous homes, which has given them invaluable insight into the property industry.

The above property had been on a general listing for approximately four months, when we approached Maria Wyndham regarding marketing on a sole agency with your company.

Maria was very positive about the property, and mapped out a marketing strategy with us, whilst allowing us to have some input into the plan.
